Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only (United States)

At this time, we only ship orders within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain addresses, regions, or jurisdictions where applicable by law or carrier restrictions.
